As a 150 year-old business, Simona had legacy systems in place when they started talking to OPTIMAL SYSTEMS about yuuvis®. They were looking to modernize their systems and needed both an audit-proof archive and a 360° view of customer and supplier information.
They found the solution they needed in yuuvis® and were able to migrate an old archive comprised of 15 million documents, as well as replace their FileNet customer, supplier, and contract records system.
With their new archive and 360° view of customer and supplier information, they also added yuuvis® capture scan to replace an existing application in the mailroom and integrated with SAP®.
